中田のリハビリは順調

久しぶりの更新です。
中田の手術後、やっとその経過について書かれている記事を見つけたので紹介します。

１０日に左ひざ半月板の手術を行った中田翔外野手（２１）が千葉・鎌ケ谷の２軍施設でリハビリを行った。約３０分間、ウオーキングを行い汗を流すなど順調に回復している様子。「まだ強い負荷をかけたりしたら痛むけど、歩く分には痛みはない」と軽快な足取りを見せた。

焦らず、地道にリハビリを続けている。現時点でランニングやダッシュなどは厳禁。医師からは「手術しても違和感は残る」と言われたそうで「やっぱり多少の引っかかりがある」と不安が消えることはない。今は下半身に負荷をかけられないため、上半身中心のウエートトレに終始。バットも「鏡の前で軽く振るくらい」とはやる気持ちを抑えて練習に取り組んでいる。「上（１軍）からは“全体的にレベルアップして復帰しろ”と言われたんで」。グラウンドでは一回り大きくなった中田が見られそうだ。

まあ、情報がないという事は、それだけ順調に行っていると勝手に決めつけていたのですが、この記事を読んでホッと一安心。予定通りのリハビリメニューをこなしているようですね。

前にも書きましたが、
5月一杯は術後の回復を待つのと軽い運動。
6月上旬に患部周りの筋力強化と柔軟性の回復。
6月下旬からは野球に特化したトレーニングの開始。
7月上旬に現場復帰。
（前記事→中田の手術は５月１０日・復帰までの道程を考えてみる）

とにかく今はまだ、リハビリの初期段階。
記事を読む限り、焦りはあまり無いようなので、このまま焦らず、ゆっくりと直して欲しいです。

今はまだ、足に痛みがあるので焦りは出てこないのだと思いますが、これが痛みがひいてくるにつれてチョットずつ無理をしたくなるかもしれません。ケガの再発が多いのもこの時期が一番ですので、来月の上旬あたりは特に、慎重にトレーニングを進めて欲しいです。

中田がケガをしてファイターズの試合を見る機会も減ってしまいましたが、チームもまだ最下位から抜け出せない状況。このまま最下位で終わるようなチームではありませんが、シーズン後半には中田の力が必要になる時が必ず訪れます。

その時に中田は、万全の状態で臨めるよう、不安部分は完治させて、さらに、全てにおいてレベルアップをし帰ってきて欲しいです。

今は、動けなくて辛い時期かもしれませんが、中田にとって、ここは一つの正念場。気持ちを切らさず高いモチベーションを保ち、7月頃には完全復活した中田が見たいですね。
