中田・左ひざ半月板損傷　大怪我じゃなくてホッと・・・

昨日の、イースタン・リーグ巨人戦で左膝を痛めた中田。都内の病院で検査を受け、結果「左ひざ半月板損傷」と診断されたようです。

完治の時期はまだ明らかになっていないのですが、長くて一月程実践から離れる可能性もあるようですね。

１軍再昇格を目指す日本ハム中田翔内野手（２１）が２１日、イースタン・リーグ巨人戦の試合中に左ひざを痛めた。都内の病院で検査した結果、左ひざ半月板損傷と診断された。全治は未定だが、最悪１カ月程度、実戦から離れる可能性もある。

４回、平凡なフライを捕球後、中田がグラウンドに倒れ込んだ。痛みから顔がゆがみ、そのまま退いた。「フライを捕ったときに力を入れたら、痛くなった」と振り返った。

今後について福田トレーナーは「痛みが引けば、１週間前後で試合に復帰することもできる」と説明した。手術の可能性もあるが「本人はできるのならこのままと言っている。ただ内視鏡手術の場合でも、１カ月後には試合復帰できるので、球団とも相談して決めたい」と話した。中田は今季初の開幕１軍を勝ち取るも、１９日に選手登録を抹消された。

半月板損傷などと言われると凄く大袈裟な感じでかなり心配していたのですが、一月以内に復活出来るのであれば一安心。

逆に今シーズンのここまでをゆっくりと振り返る良い機会になるかもしれません。

じっくりとこの一ヶ月間のデータを分析したり、田中コーチに言われた配球論を学んだりと、動けなくてもやれる事はたくさんあります。理想の打撃のイメージを固めておくだけでも、復帰した時に全然違います。

それにしても、今回のケガは、平凡なフライを取った時に起こったと書かれていました。
普通のプレーでこんな半月板損傷というケガが突発的に起こるのは、考えにくいような気がします。

もしかすると、今年はキャンプからかなり飛ばしてましたので、その疲労が膝にも溜まっていたのかもしれません。ちょっと、体重の増やし過ぎは、要注意ですね。

中田もひざにメスを入れるのは怖いでしょうが、ここは、どの方法が最も将来に不安が残らないのかを考慮し、チーム全体で決めて欲しいです。何と行っても球界の宝ですから、目先の事だけではなく、長い目で見てやってほしいです。

誕生日だというのに災難な中田。
でも、これもいつかいい経験になって役立つ日が来ると思います。
ここでも、目標を定めて、成長の時間にして欲しいですね。
